Our qualified persons of tomorrow
At Maschinenfabrik Herbert MEYER GmbH, the focus has been on training young talent for almost 50 years. With currently 30 apprentices in eight different professions, we are proud to have almost 20 percent of our workforce made up of junior employees. Our trainees learn in different departments and are supervised by experienced trainers in order to receive practical and well-founded training.
As a global player in the field of special machine construction for technical textiles, carbon processing and vehicle equipment, we not only offer an innovative working environment, but also a wide range of career opportunities. Internships and school visits are important tools for us to give young people an insight into our working world and to promote potential talent at an early stage. Numerous former trainees have started a successful career with us after graduating and have remained loyal to us to this day.
