Administrative assistant for head office & reception (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Reception of visitors, customers, and suppliers, as well as professional telephone answering and switching
  • general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and taking meeting minutes
  • Supervision of meeting rooms, hospitality for guests
  • Organization of office supplies
  • Administrative support for the management and various specialist departments
  • Management of the info@ e-mail inbox and editing of general incoming and outgoing mail

We expect you to:

  • Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in secretarial and reception work desirable
  • Confident use of common MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working and a high level of reliability
  • friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance, as well as strong communication skills
