For our team we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) as:
Administrative assistant for head office & reception (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Reception of visitors, customers, and suppliers, as well as professional telephone answering and switching
- general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and taking meeting minutes
- Supervision of meeting rooms, hospitality for guests
- Organization of office supplies
- Administrative support for the management and various specialist departments
- Management of the info@ e-mail inbox and editing of general incoming and outgoing mail
We expect you to:
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in secretarial and reception work desirable
- Confident use of common MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working and a high level of reliability
- friendly, well-groomed and service-oriented appearance, as well as strong communication skills
