Maschinenfabrik Herbert MEYER GmbH was delighted to welcome nine new apprentices who have started their training as precision mechanics, electronics technicians for industrial engineering and mechatronics technicians. On the first day of work, the program included a welcome round, a safety briefing and a comprehensive tour of the company to give the new apprentices an insight into the outlets and the product range.

The respective trainers and department heads welcomed the young men and wished them every success in their training. After enjoying a snack together, the new apprentices started directly at their training positions. MEYER Machines has always attached great importance to training – 33 apprentices are currently being trained in eight professions, which accounts for 20 percent of the workforce.
