Our latest continuous fusing machine impresses with its high operating comfort and highly efficient Siemens control system. Even under maximum load, the temperature of the S heating system with 3 registers and 2 control zones remains constant. The large, silicone-coated pressure rollers and additional deflection roller guarantee precise pressure. As a result, the fusing is particularly gentle and excellent coefficients of adhesion are achieved. At the same time, stainless steel covers, belt cleansing and a large loading belt ensure clean and safe working.

Leading belts

To increase efficiency and productivity and to reduce the workload of the operating personnel, our modern laminating machines can be supplemented with leading belts. The great advantage of leading belts is that the laminated parts can be prepared on the stationary leading belt.

Stacker for fusing machines

Stacker systems serve to relieve the strain on operating personnel. They systematically place the fusible parts in lanes and stack them fully automatically after the fusing process. Fusing parts can be up to 1,650 mm long. For very wide parts, up to five lanes can be linked.

Return belts

Return belts are integrated into our Fusing machines to transport the fused parts back to the operator. This allows the operator to place the fusing parts and then pick up the fused parts again.

Light table

The fusing parts can be inspected on the backlit loading table plate at the inlet of the Fusing machine before they are fused. Foreign objects such as threads and dirt can be easily detected. The light table thus serves to ensure quality assurance during fusing.

Winder for fusing machines

Good access, easy operation: MEYER's innovative winders limit the circumferential force < 150N and comply with the latest safety standards. Positioning on rollers or rails makes rewinding even more flexible.

Roll-off device for fusing machines

With the "roll to roll" process, the spectrum ranges from mechanically or pneumatically braked roll-off devices to winders with magnetic particle brakes and motorized roll-off devices.
