Our latest continuous leather fusing machine convinces with its high operating comfort and highly efficient Siemens control system. The RPS-E2 Leather has an optimised heating zone and an optional integrated cooling zone to prevent damage to the sensitive leather side during fusing. Even under maximum load, the temperature of the S-heating system with 3 registers and 3 control zones remains constant. The large, silicone-coated press rollers with pressure and gap adjustment and an additional deflection roller guarantee precise pressure. This ensures that sensitive leather parts are fixed particularly gently and excellent adhesion values are achieved. At the same time, V2A coverings, belt cleaning systems and a large support belt ensure clean and safe production.

Special feature: Special heating areas

The heating zones are designed in such a way that a short heating zone heats the leather only minimally in order to protect the surface optimally. The precise gap adjustment of the pressure rollers prevents damage. Part of the loading belt has cooling elements that can be connected to an external refrigerant tempering unit to keep the temperature constant.

Leading belts

To increase efficiency and productivity and to reduce the workload of the operating personnel, our modern laminating machines can be supplemented with leading belts. The great advantage of leading belts is that the laminated parts can be prepared on the stationary leading belt.

Stacker for fusing machines

Stacker systems serve to relieve the strain on operating personnel. They systematically place the fusible parts in lanes and stack them fully automatically after the fusing process. Fusing parts can be up to 1,650 mm long. For very wide parts, up to five lanes can be linked.

Return belts

Return belts are integrated into our Fusing machines to transport the fused parts back to the operator. This allows the operator to place the fusing parts and then pick up the fused parts again.

Light table

The fusing parts can be inspected on the backlit loading table plate at the inlet of the Fusing machine before they are fused. Foreign objects such as threads and dirt can be easily detected. The light table thus serves to ensure quality assurance during fusing.

Winder for fusing machines

Good access, easy operation: MEYER's innovative winders limit the circumferential force < 150N and comply with the latest safety standards. Positioning on rollers or rails makes rewinding even more flexible.

Roll-off device for fusing machines

With the "roll to roll" process, the spectrum ranges from mechanically or pneumatically braked roll-off devices to winders with magnetic particle brakes and motorized roll-off devices.
