Individually Spring-Mounted Heating Elements

Individually spring-mounted elements in the heating and cooling system operate at a fixed pressure, ensuring they perfectly conform to the laminating material. This guarantees a homogeneous heat transfer.

Pneumatic Surface Pressure

For special applications, machines can optionally be equipped with air cushions. This enables a surface pressure of up to 1.1N/cm², which can be individually controlled in both the heating and cooling zone.

Adjustable Pressure Roller

The top belt unit is precisely adjusted via a spindle mechanism to set the gap between the belts to match the laminating material. The pressure and level of the upper pressure roller can be flexibly adjusted to achieve optimal calibration results. Optionally, height and pressure can be adjusted independently on the left and right sides for increased precision between the pressure rollers.

Quick-Change Modules

Save time and cost with specially coated aluminum heating modules, which allow the independent replacement of high-capacity heating cartridges and heating elements.

Quick Belt Change

The modular construction and engineering expertise enable a simplified belt change of the installed system solution without long downtimes.

Zone Heating

The zonal heating system generally consists of three main zones, flanked by three edge zones in both the top and bottom heating units. This results in a total of 18 control zones for optimal temperature regulation. The KFK-XL model even features 24 control zones as standard.

The innovative winders from MEYER are all built in accordance with the EU standard DIN EN 13418:2013 (circumferential force > 150N) and therefore comply with the latest safety standards. The positioning on rollers or rails makes rewinding even more flexible.
