AHV 8585
Our hydraulic stamping and punching press with winding technology is specially designed for the “roll to roll” process. It enables efficient and precise stamping and punching directly from the roll.
- Application: stamping and punching from roll to roll

- Material feed: discharging unit
- Press force: 80 tons
- Upper mold attached to upper heating plate via T-slots, punching plate inserted on lower table
AHV 2224
Our hydraulic embossing press with winding technology is optimized for the “roll to roll” process. It offers an efficient solution for precise stamping directly from the roll.
- Application: stamping from roll to roll and panels
- Press area: 2200x2400mm
- Temperature: max. 250°C
- Heating system divided into 20 zones, top and bottom
- Material feed: conveyor belt with feed device
- Press force: 120 tons
- Mold assembled on loading tray
AHV 3016
Our hydraulic hot forming stamping and punching press is equipped with a tool holder for large molding tools and an integrated punching function. The electrically heated press plates ensure even heat distribution and precise results.
- Application: Hot stamping and molding
- Press area: 3000x1600mm
- Temperature: max. 250°C
- Heating system divided into 12 zones, top and bottom
- Material feed: Blank feed
- Press force: 400 tons
- Mold assembled on top and bottom of heating plate
