KFK-XL

Designed with a solid framework construction, we integrate individually spring-mounted elements, large rollers for precise pressure and chain-guided servo-driven conveyor belts. To meet the increasing demands of long heating and cooling sections and large working widths, we use large-scale drive rollers. The belt tension can be generated either via springs or hydraulically, while the belt control operates through chain guidance or proportionally controlled belts. The modular design allows for numerous configurations, e.g., to extend the heating and cooling zone or to install multiple press rollers, depending on requirements.
