Maschinenfabrik Herbert MEYER GmbH closed 2018 with a review of successful projects and an optimistic outlook for 2019 at its Christmas party at the Hotel Wutzschleife in Hillstett. Managing Director Thomas C. Meyer and Operations Manager Johann Bierl thanked the employees for their great commitment and flexibility, which stamped the year. Special challenges were overcome and Meyer is optimistic about the coming year, in which the company will celebrate its 70th anniversary.

As part of the celebrations, long-standing employees were also honored for their service to the company. Employees such as Georg Käsbauer, who has been with the company for 45 years, and many other colleagues were honored for 15, 20, 25, 30 and 40 years of loyalty.
