Individually spring-mounted elements in the heating and cooling system operate at a fixed pressure, ensuring they perfectly conform to the laminating material. This guarantees a homogeneous heat transfer.
For special applications, machines can optionally be equipped with air cushions. This enables a surface pressure of up to 1.1N/cm², which can be individually controlled in both the heating and cooling zone.
Save time and cost with specially coated aluminum heating modules, which allow the independent replacement of high-capacity heating cartridges and heating elements.
The modular construction and engineering expertise enable a simplified belt change of the installed system solution without long downtimes.
